Which companies have the best employer branding?

Not asking who has the nicest office — asking who actually makes you think 'I'd take a call from them'. Anghami and Murex come up constantly with engineers. Toters and Roadster seem to have figured out the ops-side story. Curious who else is doing this well, and what specifically they're doing beyond posting team photos.

Is TikTok advertising worth it for B2B?

We shifted 30% of our Meta budget to TikTok last quarter. Reach is genuinely cheap and the audience is there, but attribution is a mess and our checkout conversions barely moved. Is anyone getting real revenue out of it locally, or is it awareness only until payment friction gets solved?

Anyone hiring junior marketers?

I've interviewed a dozen fresh graduates this month and had to turn away several who were genuinely good — we only had one seat. If you're building a marketing team, say so here and I'll point people your way. Posting this because the junior market is brutal right now and most of it happens through WhatsApp groups nobody outside can see.

Best companies for fresh graduates?

Looking for places that actually train you rather than hand you a spreadsheet and disappear. From what I hear, Murex and Bank Audi have real structured programmes, and Toters throws you in but you learn fast. Would love honest experiences — including the ones that looked great and weren't.
