Honestly, I got all my remote jobs via LinkedIn. It's [perhaps, unfortunately] one of the few platforms that work this well with remote opportunities. My best advice would be to add everything to LinkedIn. Everything you do at your job? Add it under experience. Repost often things that matter to you. Create a unique headline under your name, stand out to what you're looking for. Make sure you write about your promotions, jobs, experience (it's easier for headhunters to find you). I know it's tough but don't give up! Keep an eye out for remote jobs
