How do I start my career in HR?

I graduated with a degree in Hotel Management and Tourism but I want to transition to HR. My end goal is to be in talent management and training at a hotel. I enjoy handling admin tasks and training as well as interviews. I don't know where to begin. I've been applying to many different positions and have not been hearing back.

My first piece of advice would definitely be to try to land an internship. If you’re expecting to enter the HR world and become a manager right from the get-go, that’s unfortunately not how it works.
