Let’s talk about managerial salaries in Lebanon.

When did offering $1,500 for a managerial position become normal?

A managerial role often means years of experience, leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, ETC... and being responsible for results... not simply completing assigned tasks.

Yet we continue to see senior and managerial vacancies offering salaries around $1,500, while expecting candidates to have extensive experience, manage teams, handle multiple responsibilities, work under pressure, and deliver measurable results????
