I think it depends on what you're optimizing for. Staying 2+ years can show stability, depth, and growth, but moving every 1–2 years isn't necessarily a red flag if each move comes with stronger experience, responsibility, or skills.

In my opinion 3 years is the ideal time to stay in the dame position or the same company Or at least once you know that you will not earn new knowledge or any new skillss Thats the time where you have to switch companies for cadeer development
