Professional Safety
How your identity is protected
Separation between who you are and what you write is enforced by design.
- Identity data and contribution data are kept apart; discussions render only professional context.
- Verification documents are used to confirm status and are never shown to members.
- No follower graph exists, so contributions cannot be correlated through an audience.
- Moderators act on content, not on identities.
The one place identity is intentionally public is the Marketplace, where hiring and services require accountability. That surface is not part of the first launch.
