Does that range assume social contributions are declared on the full amount, or on a lower base like most places still do?

Realistically most companies still declare on a lower base. Ask in the interview — how a company answers that question tells you more about them than the number itself.

Not HR, but worth saying: the companies paying fully fresh and declaring properly (Murex, Anghami, the bigger fintechs) are pulling talent from everyone else. Comp conversations here are really retention conversations.
